To celebrate “Veganuary,” Montrose Farms Alpaca Ranch and Justin York are teaming up to host an intimate vegan dinner at the farm.
Chef York will demonstrate the preparation of a vegan meal, which will then be shared in a cozy setting of a 142-year-old farmhouse.
Time to tour the alpaca barn will be provided.
Date: Jan. 19
Time: 5-8 pm
Cost: $50 per person
Menu: vegan – to include cauliflower steak, spaghetti squash and herb roasted potatoes, Asian stuffed pepper and cake for dessert.
Swag bags with recipes and vegan items provided.
*Please note: There are cats and dogs on the premises. Please take this into consideration if you have allergies or any issues with animals.
*This is a “21-and-older” event.

There will be a variety of alpaca merchandise for sale, as well as alpaca fleeces and Isadora's Dance, the children's book about a blind baby alapaca.
